Basic Half Day Course
The four hour beginners workshop will give you all the practical knowledge you need to unravel the mystery of your SLR camera. This is a hands-on lesson that takes you through some basic instruction then out to beautiful Fingal headland to capture the natural environment and your classmates in action.
Basic Full Day Course
Additional topics covered in this full day course include: histogram, white balance, exposure compensation, controlling your use of depth of field, understanding shutter speeds and their creative use, fill flash and off camera flash, metering types, perspective, lighting, lens choice, RAW files and much more.
Intermediate Course
The intermediate course is for students who have done Steve's basic course.
This course builds on the knowledge you gained in the basic workshop. It will refresh your memory of those basic skills and covers advanced lighting, flash v natural light, exploring creative use of shutter speed, exposure compensation and editing and managing your photos.
